The terms “You” and “User” is used to refer to any individual and / or entity making a payment through the website www.domex.do

Terms of Use

  • By using www.domex.do, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of this Agreement.
    In case you decide not to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement may not use the tool online payment through the web portal www.domex.do
  • The User is prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use the content of www.domex.do, including but not limited to text, images, URL, pricing information that may appear on the site www.domex.do for any purpose unless expressly authorized by Domex.
  • For online payment, the user must ensure that the information contained in the proof of payment (ie, date, services, number of items and economic amount, among other information) delivered via Internet is www.domex.do correct.   • Any claim, dispute, motion, opposition and / or submission that could possibly arise from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Dominican Republic in the territorial jurisdiction concerned.
