LEGAL BASES PROMOTION “Rapid with summer Domex
The purpose of these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), is to establish the terms, conditions and provisions that will govern the prize draw organized by DOMEX EXPRESO, SRL for the summer season of two thousand twenty-two (2022). ), addressed to all participating customers who use the services of DOMEX EXPRESO, SRL. Draw Bases of: I. Definitions. For all purposes and consequences of the Sweepstakes and application of these Regulations, the terms listed below will have the following meaning: 1. Fast with Verano Domex 2022: Season between the months of July and August of two thousand and twenty-two (2022). 2. Duration of the Draw: Defined in Article IV. 3. Client: Individual or corporate account that has a membership in Domex. 4. Participating Client: Client who meets the conditions established in articles 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 of the Regulations. 5. Additional Industry Charges: Expenses related to insurance, airport tax, fuel, customs management, service of the general direction of customs and storage, in which DOMEX must incur on behalf of and in favor of the Client to provide the Priority Service. 6. Participation Categories: These are the different ways in which Customers may opt for the various Prizes that are the object of the Draws, these being: a) 22% Discount on Express Freight with Verano Domex for packages weighing more than 7 pounds; b) Your Packages Reward you; c) Prizes for Consumption of Pounds; d) Comments on Instagram Trivia.
Participating Comments: These are the comments submitted by the Client directly in the Post, which have the Participating Hashtags and the unique tag of two (2) friends who follow the Instagram Account. DOMEX Social Network Accounts: They are a) Facebook: Domex Courier; b) Instagram: @domexcourier and c) Twitter: @DomexCourier. Instagram account: Account on the Instagram social network identified under the user “@DomexCourier”, and owned by DOMEX. Invoiced Package: Package participating in the promotion with an invoice paid by the Client generated from July one (1), two thousand and twenty-two (2022) until August fifteen (15), two thousand and twenty-two (2022) and presented before start of the selection of the Winners, for the Services. Landing page with details and description of participation available at the following link: http://www.domex.do/rapidoconveranodomex; in which the Client will obtain information on the categories of participation and prizes. Packages: All packages containing correspondence, letters and other objects or personal or business effects owned by the Client who is the object of the Services.
Participating Clients: Are all Clients who meet the requirements to apply for discounts, who have packages that meet the details of the discount categories and who have requested their application following the steps indicated in the legal bases. Participating Hashtags: These are the following tags: #RapidoconVeranoDomex #VeranoDomex and # (client membership number), which must be included jointly in the Comments of the Participating Trivia by the Clients in the Post.
Winners: Participating Clients selected as beneficiaries of the Prizes under the terms and conditions of the Regulations. Participation categories: They are a) 22% Fast Freight Discount with Verano Domex for packages weighing more than 7 pounds; b) Prize Packages; c) Prizes for Consumption of Pounds; d) Trivia in the DOMEX Social Networks. Winners: Participating Clients selected as beneficiaries of the Prizes under the terms and conditions of the Regulations. Participation categories: They are a) 22% Fast Freight Discount with Verano Domex for packages weighing more than 7 pounds; b) Prize Packages; c) Prizes for Consumption of Pounds; d) Trivia in the DOMEX Social Networks. Post (Publication): Articles, notes, texts, images and in general any digital content published in Domex's Social Network Accounts on which Clients Registered by Pro-Consumer under No. CRS 0344/2022 must enter their Comments to participate in the Draw related to the registration of comments on the Instagram Account. Prizes: Gifts granted by Domex for this Draw, according to the Participation Categories and the provisions of Article V of the Regulations. 27. Regulations: The present legal basis of the Draw. 28. Services: Specialized catalog, but not limited to, national and international private mail service or courier offered by DOMEX, as well as any other related service or product offered to the general public by DOMEX or through private concessions. Priority Service: Also called “freight”, it is the air transport service for merchandise within the Domex distribution network whose weight does not exceed seventy (70) pounds. The rates for this concept do not include the Additional Charges of the Industry. Raffle: Activity organized by DOMEX in favor of its Clients through which the Prizes will be drawn for the selected Winners, under the terms and conditions of the Regulations. II. Objectives. The purpose of this Draw is to reward the loyalty of active Clients, stimulate the activation of inactive and potential Clients, as well as increase the number of followers and interactions with them on Social Networks. III. Sweepstakes Description. This Sweepstakes is structured around the following four (4) Participation Categories:
3.1. Rapid Promotional Discount with Verano Domex: 22% discount on freight for packages weighing more than seven (7) pounds. The customer may opt for the discount only once per package as long as the submitted packages are visible in available status in their locker from July one (01) two thousand twenty-two (2022) until August fifteen (15). two thousand and twenty two (2022). The Personal, non-Corporate Client may request a 22% discount on their package whose weight is greater than seven (7) Pounds, they must have the packages available in their locker, send the purchase invoice of the item with its tracking number and membership code to email: contacto@domex.com.do or request it directly at the counter. Customers who participate in the category mentioned above will benefit from a 22% discount on the freight of the package submitted according to the process established in article 5.1. of the Regulation.
3.2. Winning Packages: Transport of Packages Through Priority Service, five (5) weekly Clients who for each Package Transported through Priority Service during the validity of the promotion, may be Winners of Random Cards with the details of the prizes that are: two (2) Certificates of two (2) Pounds Freight, two (2) Certificates of four (4) Pounds Freight, two (2) Certificates of six (6) Pounds Freight, two (2) Certificates of eight (8) Pounds Freight, five ( 5) fifty (50%) percent discount cards on Freight for one (1) package of ten (10) pounds or more, five (5) thirty (30%) percent discount cards on Freight for one (1) pack of five (5) pounds or more, six (6) Amazon Giftcards valued at twenty (20) US dollars and six (6) Amazon Giftcards valued at fifteen (15) US dollars. Each card will have the description of the prize reflected with an exchange expiration date and the way to request the prize in question, these prizes are not transferable, each card must have an authorization signature, if it is not signed it cannot be exchanged by the Winner as established in article 5.2 of the Regulations.
3.3 Prizes for Consumption of Pounds: Any Personal Client with a rate of one point four (USD$1.4) dollars and upwards in Priority Freight, with more pounds invoiced on dates from July 1, 2022, may participate. (2022) until August fifteen (15), two thousand and twenty-two (2022), being announced on August eighteen (18), two thousand and twenty-two (2022). The three (3) Winning Clients will be selected by the highest billing amount in pounds under the rate of one point four (USD$1.4) US dollars, with the prizes being: first (1st) place an iPhone 13, second (2nd) place a Airpods Second (2nd) Generation, and the third (3rd) place one (1) AirFryer Dash as established in article 5.3 of the Regulations.
3.4. Summer Trivia: The two (2) customers who correctly answer the riddles in the weekly trivia posts on the Instagram account will have the opportunity to be randomly selected winners in the draw for this activity, with the prizes being: Digital Certificate of 1 Pound Freight, according to the process established in article 5.4. of the Regulation. IV. Duration of the Promotion: The Promotion will be for a determined period of time and will be broadcast from July one (01), two thousand twenty-two (2022) and will end on August fifteen (15), two thousand and twenty-two (2022). 4.1. Promotional Discount: Fast with Verano Domex: The Personal, non-Corporate Client may opt for a 22% Discount on Packages whose weight is greater than seven (7) pounds only once per package while the submitted packages are visible in available status in your locker from July 1 (2022) to August 15 (2022) according to the process established in article 5.1. of the Regulation.
4.2. Winning Packages: Transport of Packages Through Priority Service, the five (5) Clients that for each Package transported through Priority Service from July one (01) two thousand and twenty-two (2022) until August fifteen (15) two thousand twenty-two (2022), may be the Winner of Random Cards that will be attached or inserted in said Package, as established in article 5.2. of the Regulation. 4.3. Prizes for Consumption of Pounds: The three (3) Personal Customers with rates of one point four (USD $1.4) US dollars and above in Priority Freight, with more pounds invoiced on the date from the first (1) day of July of two thousand twenty-two (2022) through August fifteen (15), two thousand twenty-two (2022) count as Participating Customers under this category. The Winners of this category will be randomly selected and will be announced on August eighteen (18), two thousand twenty-two (2022) according to the process established in article 5.3. of the Regulation.
4.4. Summer Trivia: The two (2) Clients who have made Comments with correct answers in the publications of the two (2) weekly Instagram trivia of the DOMEX account, on days five (5), seven (7), twelve ( 12), fourteen (14), nineteen (19), twenty-one (21), twenty-six (26), twenty-eight (28) of the month of July, two thousand and twenty-two, also days two (2), four (4) nine ( 9) and eleven (11) August two thousand and twenty-two, together with their customer code, they will have the opportunity to be selected winners of one (1) Certificate of Freight Pounds, these will be selected randomly in the draw for this activity , according to the process established in article 5.4. of the Regulations and will be announced on August twenty (18), two thousand twenty-two (2022).
4.5. The Draw may be extended and will be communicated to the participants via social networks and the DOMEX website (https://www.domex.do and http://www.domex.do/rapidoconveranodomex), in accordance with the provisions established in Article 83, first paragraph, Letter E, of Law No. 358-05, General Law for the Protection of Consumer or User Rights and article two of Resolution No. 009-2011, for the Regulation of Raffles, Raffles and Sweepstakes in the Dominican Republic.
V. Particular Conditions for Participation Categories 5.1. About Participation Under the Rapid with Verano Domex 22% promotional discount per Season. Participation in the Seasonal Discount under the category of Fast with Verano Domex 22% Discount on packages weighing more than 7 pounds, will be governed by the provisions set forth below: 5.1.1. a. Being a Personal Client; b. Have an active membership account with DOMEX; c. Have the package or packages registered in your locker on the days between July one (01), two thousand and twenty-two (2022) and August fifteen (15), two thousand and twenty-two (2022). d. Package must weigh more than 7 pounds; and. Send the purchase invoice of your item(s) with the membership code and tracking number of the package to the email: contacto@domex.com.do; F. Request the application of the discount directly at the counter. 5.1.2. Customers may request the Promotional Discount only once per package, during the period included in the duration of the discount. However, they will not be able to submit packages with credit invoices or packages with future dates or that have been received outside the participating dates. The Discount is only applicable to non-corporate personal clients, the discount is not transferable, it applies to packages greater than 7 pounds and does not apply discount on discount. It only applies for the PRIORITY or Freight service. Does not apply for additional charges. (Airport Fee, Insurance, Transportation, Fuel, DGA Service). It does not apply to customers who do not provide the information requested to access the discount.
5.1.3. Promotional Discount for Fast Season with Verano Domex 22% Discount for summer season The customer may submit his package for the application of this benefit on his invoice within the corresponding effective date, as indicated below:

Rapid promotional discount with Verano Domex from July one (01), two thousand twenty-two (2022), where the packages submitted for the application of the discount participate until August fifteen (15), two thousand twenty-two (2022), inclusive. . 5.2. About Participation Packages Rewarded for Transportation of Packages Through Priority Service Participation will be governed by the provisions set forth below: 5.2.1. Have an active membership account with DOMEX; b. Being a Personal Client; c. Have Packages in Available status; d. Have no debts in your DOMEX accounts;
5.2.2. Customers may participate and be Winners if they have status packages available, the object prizes will be attached or included in a single package per customer during the period of the promotion. The prizes are not transferable, each card must have an authorization signature, if it is not signed it cannot be exchanged by the Winner. Participation applies to Personal Clients, not Corporate 5.2.3. Clients will be able to invoice throughout the month for the participation validity time of the category to which they have applied, which will increase the chances of winning Prizes. However, they will not be able to duplicate their participation outside of the participating dates.

Regarding Participation in the Category of Prizes for Consumption of Pounds Participation will be governed by the provisions established below: 5.3.1. Steps to Participate Under the Category of Prizes for Consumption of Pounds, Clients who wish to participate in the draws of this category must comply with the following steps:
a. Have an active membership account with DOMEX; b. Being a Personal Client; c. Have Packages in Available status; d. Have no debts in your DOMEX accounts; and. You will need to have packages available; F. Having invoiced the largest number of Pounds in Packages;
5.3.2. Customers may participate and be winners by billing the highest number of pounds in packages during the period covered by the promotion. The Client will have the opportunity to be one of the three (3) Winners of the object prizes that will be chosen for the highest billing during the validity of the promotion in: (1st) place, second (2nd) place and third (3rd) place. Prizes are not transferable. 5.3.3. Clients will be able to invoice throughout the month for the participation validity time of the category to which they have applied, which will increase the possibility of winning Prizes. Comment on the post with the answer to the puzzle along with your membership code; c. Have an active membership account with DOMEX; d. Have no debts in your DOMEX accounts;
5.4.3 Clients will be able to comment on the publication with the correct answer to the trivia, since the winner will be chosen randomly. Comments that do not comply with the aforementioned will not be considered for participation. 5.4.4. Who Can Win Under Category Trivia of Comments Participants in the publications of the Instagram Account. All those Clients with active memberships in DOMEX who comment on the trivia publications with the correct answer together with their membership code during the dates corresponding to article 5.4. With the exception of those clients who have already been winners in the Draw, in this case, DOMEX reserves the right to choose another winner. 5.4.5. Logistics of the Draw of the Comments Category Participants in trivia publications of the Instagram Account. Logistics of the Prize Draw Under the Categories: Prize Packages, Prizes for Consumption of Pounds and Trivia in the Comments. The Awards will be delivered at the offices of the DOMEX branch in which the Winner is registered, from Monday to Friday from nine in the morning (9:00 am) until five in the afternoon (5:00 pm). ). The winner must seek the Prize no later than fifteen (15) days after being notified of their selection.
