una herramienta de gran valor
Tanto en nuestro sitio web como en la aplicación móvil, Domex cuenta con distintas herramientas para hacer todo mucho más fácil a nuestros clientes y relacionados. Estas las puedes ver al final de esta página.
En el caso del centro de ayuda, se pueden resolver un gran número de requerimientos, tales como crear tickets de soporte, entrar en contacto con nuestros representantes y tener respuestas sobre preguntas frecuentes, las cuales están estructuradas en diferentes tópicos.
Por ejemplo, si hay preguntas sobre paquetes, aduanas, la plataforma, promociones, entre otras, el Centro de Ayuda te las contestará. En caso de no verla al primer instante, puedes escribir en el buscador de esa página la palabra clave y de inmediato te colocará una o varias respuestas según lo que necesites saber.

For those who are following us for the first time in this newsletter, Domex offices have two forms of administration: Own branches or agencies, as they are also often called (under the direct management of Domex) and the Franchise format, whose ownership and management are under private administrations.
If you have doubts about which are agencies and which are franchises, you can see the difference here.
Returning to the case of our convention, evaluations, proposals, new ideas were made to continue for more and exercising continuous improvement.
At the same time, some awards were held, in which the effort and performance of these franchises during the year 2021 were valued.

For those who are following us for the first time in this newsletter, Domex offices have two forms of administration: Own branches or agencies, as they are also often called (under the direct management of Domex) and the Franchise format, whose ownership and management are under private administrations.

Returning to the case of our convention, evaluations, proposals, new ideas were made to continue for more and exercising continuous improvement.
At the same time, some awards were held, in which the effort and performance of these franchises during the year 2021 were valued.
