The address that the system will assume for delivery will be the home address
NOTE: The home address to deliver your package will be the address that the client has as HOME DELIVERY ADDRESS in their account. If the client does not have a home delivery address, the system will take the billing address. So, before activating Autopay, make sure you select the destination address where you always want to receive your packages, since after the package is billed automatically it stays at the destination you had previously selected to receive at home and this may affect the delivery process by delivery.
If you have more than one credit card or more than one payment method registered and saved in your account, the system will automatically charge the credit card that you have as default or main.
The AUTOPAY is EXCLUSIVE its use for home deliveries. Once you authorize AUTOPAY, the system will place your invoiced packages at home and will select the address that you have predetermined as the delivery address in your account for home delivery.
NOTE: Applies to certain Domex branches nationwide. Check with your destination branch to verify if it is available to you.
1. Autopay steps
1. We enter the web www.domex.do and click on My Account

2. We place membership code and then Enter

3. When entering the account, click directly on your user contact (full name).

4. Click on your name and when the options menu is displayed, you must click on My Account again.

5. A screen will be displayed with your account details. In the second options bar under My Account, click on the Preferences option.

6. A new screen will load, where the AutoPay option will be displayed.
Click on the button to activate it, when it has been activated its color will change to yellow. Then you must click save so that this functionality is registered in your account for the next payments of your packages.

2. Steps to register a payment method in your account
1. By logging into your account and clicking on your name. Within the options displayed, you must click on Payment Methods.
2. On the new screen that is displayed, click on the option: Payment Method +
3. Complete the empty fields with the details of the credit or debit card that you wish to register as an online payment method. When completing all the corresponding data, click on Register.



4. When the registration of the new payment method has been completed successfully, it will appear on the screen with the preview of the card data.
Then we click accept to finish.
